Judgment : The Court:-The petitioner is seeking enforcement of the order of the Tribunal reducing annual value fixed by the hearing officer. Advocate for KMC has submitted that he has received instructions to say that feeling aggrieved by the order of the Tribunal, KMC has decided to move this Court and that the requisite petition is under preparation. In view of the above-noted situation, I dispose of the WP ordering that if KMC does not question the order of the Tribunal before the Qr: 6/2013, then the KMC authority shall give the petitioner the benefit of adjustment from the Qr: 6/2013. No costs.
