JUDGMENT S. Nagamuthu, J. 1. The appellant is the second accused in S.C.No.121 of 2003 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No.2), Madurai, who stood convicted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 324 and 302 IPC. 2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the appellant died on 16.11.2008 and no person interested in him has come on record to proceed with the appeal. The Death Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Madurai Corporation has been filed. Hence, obviously, this appeal stands abated. Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed.
