JUDGMENT 1. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for early disposal of I.A.No.862 of 2008 in O.S.No.1359 of 2005 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Pondicherry. It is seen that the above application was filed by the respondent herein seeking for condoning the delay of 216 days in filing the application to restore I.A.No.2575 of 2007. Though the said application came to be filed as early as 14.12.2007, it appears that the said application is not disposed of so far and the same is kept pending. 2. Since this Civil Revision Petition is filed with the limited prayer for disposal of the said I.A. before the Court below, without going into the merits and the contention of the rival parties, I only direct the Court below to dispose I.A.No.862 of 2008 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
