Judgment: 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as settled out of Court and the Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
