Judgment : Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the relevant typed set of papers in the Writ Petition to the effect that "This Writ Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn since petitioner is retiring during September 2013 and the Department themselves are considering the claim of the petitioner". Recording the said fact and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
