Judgment :- 1. The prayer in this writ petition is as follows:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other Writ or direction in the nature of a Writ directing the 1st respondent to permit me to participate in the counseling without insisting for the production of original records Transfer Certificate, HSC Market Sheet, SSLC Certificate and Conduct Certificate and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.” 2. The petitioner also prayed for interim direction in M.P. (MD) No.1 of 2010 with the very same relief. This court, while ordering notice of motion on 11.09.2010 in the writ petition, also granted the interim relief as prayed for. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner got the relief by way of an order made in the interim application itself, nothing survives in this writ petition to be further adjudication upon. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
