Judgment :- 1. The learned Counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal and he has also given a letter to the Registry in this regard and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
