JUDGMENT : R. Banumathi, J. 1. The writ petition has been filed seeking for the relief of issuance of writ of certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai in O.A.No.488 of 2012 dated 31.1.2013 and quash the same. 2. The petitioner is represented by Mr.M.Vaidyanathan. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has drawn our attention to the proceedings of the Chief Post Master General, Tamilnadu Circle addressed to the Post Master General, Chennai City region in STA/2-79/GR/2012 dated 6.8.2013 directing the Postmaster General of Chennai region to withdraw the writ petition in consultation with the Senior Counsel apprising the Tribunal by filing a compliance report and submitted that the Order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai dated 31.1.2013 in O.A.No.488 of 2012 has been implemented. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also submitted that the order of the Tribunal has been implemented and made an endorsement that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Having regard to the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
