ORDER : 1. On mentioning by the learned Attorney General, let this matter be taken on board. 2. This matter has been mentioned in view of Note Verbale No.89/635 dated 11th March, 2013, received by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, from the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi. 3. Let notice issue on this application (I.A. No.4 of 2013) to each of the petitioners in Writ Petition (C) No.135 of 2012. In the event it is necessary so to do, notice may be served on the petitioner No.1 through its Ambassador in New Delhi. 4. Let notice be served on Mr. Daniele Mancini separately, in view of the undertaking given by him on affidavit on 9th February, 2013, on behalf of the Republic of Italy. 5. The notice is made returnable on 18th March, 2013, at 10.30 a.m. 6. Till then, Mr. Daniele Mancini shall not leave India without the permission of this Court.
