Sanjay Misra,J:- This appeal arises from the judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 26.9.2013 dismissing the petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 2. The appellants claim to have been selected on Class IV posts in Gyan Bharti Balika Inter College, Kanpur Nagar in Schedule Caste and General Category by a duly constituted selection committee after due advertisement. They claim to have joined their posts after appointment letters dated 14.02.2009 and 21.2.2009 respectively. They were aggrieved by the order dated 27.7.2010 of the District Inspector of Schools (II), Kanpur Nagar whereby financial approval for payment of their salary was refused. 3. The learned Single Judge has upheld the order of the District Inspector of Schools dated 27.7.2010 holding that all the six reasons for refusal taken by the District Inspector of Schools have not been explained by the petitioners nor by the Principal and Manager of the institution. The District Inspector of Schools had cancelled the interview by his order dated 28.10.2008 and it was not explained as to under what circumstances the interviews were held thereafter on 18.11.2008 and 19.11.2008. 4. From the record it appears that the interview was cancelled on 28.10.2008 and such order was not assailed by the petitioners or the management. Consequently, the disapproval of financial sanction on 27.7.2010 by the District Inspector of Schools was justified. The learned Single Judge has found no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order dated 27.7.2010 of the District Inspector of Schools. 5. We find no merit in this appeal. It is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________
