Judgment : 1. With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal, as the matter lies in narrow compass. 2. Heard both sides. 3. The petitioners were employed as Village Munsif in 1978, 1976 and 1980 respectively. After abolition of the said post on 14.11.1980, they have got a regular appointment as Village Administrative Officers on various dates. They also retired from service. They did not render 10 years of service for pension. 4. According to them, they are entitled to minimum pension as per G.O.Ms. No. 756, Revenue Department dated 17.8.1993 and the order dated 20.2.2007 of the Division Bench in Writ Petition No.2648 of 2007 (V.S.S.Gunasekaran vs. the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal represented by its Registrar and 3 others) and also the two more decisions, viz., W.P. No. 25750/2010 dated 24.11.2010 (T.Ramakrishnan vs. The Secretary to Government of Tamilnadu, Revenue Department and 2 others) and W.P.No.3386 of 2011 dated 11.2.2011 (N.Ramalingam vs. The Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Chennai). 5. The petitioners also made separate representations dated 31.7.2013 and the postal receipts are also enclosed for sending the letters through Registered Post. 6. In the circumstances,the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 31.7.2013 in the light of G.O.Ms. No. 756, Revenue Department dated 17.8.1993 and orders of this Court in Writ Petition No.2648 of 2007 dated 20.2.2007, W.P. No. 25750/2010 dated 24.11.2010 and W.P.No.3386 of 2011 dated 11.2.2011, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
