Judgment : On 20.08.2013, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informed this Court that he had no instructions from the party inspite of sending notice. Therefore, he sought time till today for reporting instructions finally. Today, he once again submitted that inspite of sending notice once again by speed post with acknowledgment due on 20.08.2013, the petitioner has not responded so far. Therefore, he reports no instructions. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. The connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
