Judgment : 1. At this stage of the hearing of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 29.10.2012, in W.P.No.25701 of 2012, had been complied with. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3. In such circumstances, the contempt petition stands closed, as no further orders are necessary. No costs. Connected Sub Application No.528 of 2013 is closed.
