Arvind Kumar Tripathi,J:- Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is aged about 70 years whose son died on 18.12.2013 hence if the prayer for bail of applicant cannot be considered today, then at least the applicant might be released on parole. 3. In view of the fact the applicant Veerpal be released on short term bail for the period of two weeks from the date of release on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in Case Crime No. 02 of 2013, under Section 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 323 and 504 I.P.C., P.S. Salempur, District Bulandshahar. 4. The applicant will surrender immediately after the expiry of the aforesaid period and will file a copy of surrender certificate. List on 15.01.2014 before the regular Bench for consideration of prayer for bail on merit. _________________
