JUDGMENT : 1. Alleging wilful disobedience of the Order dated 27.01.2011 made in W.P.No.23234 of 2004, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition. 2. Petitioner is represented by learned counsel Mr.K.Sathish Kumar. Respondent is represented by learned Additional Government Pleader Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian. Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that as against the order dated 27.1.2011 made in W.P.No.23234 of 2004, the Government had preferred appeal in W.A.No.671 of 2012 in which the First Bench of this Court has granted interim stay on 23.4.2012. Copy of the said interim order granted in M.P.No.1 of 2012 in w.A.No.671 of 2012 has been produced for perusal of the Court. Since Writ Appeal has been filed, the contempt petition is closed.
