JUDGMENT 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to agitate for such right as and when it arises. Accordingly, he has made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving such liberty to the petitioner.
