ORDER : 1. Having heard Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel appearing for Mr. Daniele Mancini and the Republic of Italy, as well as the Ambassador of Italy in India, let this matter be listed on 2nd April, 2013, at 10.30 a.m. for further orders. 2. The interim order passed on 14th March, 2013, directing Mr. Daniele Mancini not to leave India without the permission of this Court, is extended until further orders. 3. Let a copy of the Note Verbale No.100/685 dated 15th March, 2013, addressed to the Ministry of External Affairs, Europe West Division, South Block, New Delhi, by the Embassy of Italy, New Delhi, produced by the learned Attorney General for India in Court today, be kept with the record. 4. All authorities in India shall take appropriate steps to see that this order is strictly implemented.
