The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, praying for quashing the Voter-List dated 18.1.2013 issued for election of Managing Body of the Cooperative Bank in question. 2. We have heard Sri Vijai Kumar Ojha holding brief for Sri Arun Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri H.R.Mishra, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Sunil Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2. 3. From a perusal of the averments made in the Writ Petition and the Annexure thereto, it is evident that the elections of the Cooperative Bank in question are scheduled to take place on 29.1.2013. 4. The election process has thus, already commenced. In the circumstances , we are of of the view that it will not be appropriate for this Court to exercise its Writ Jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India so as to hinder the on-going election process. It will be open to the petitioner to pursue such remedy ,as may be available to the petitioner under law before appropriate forum,after the elections are over, for seeking appropriate reliefs for redressal of his alleged grievances, as raised in the present Writ Petition. 5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed , and the same is accordingly dismissed subject to the observations made above.
