Judgment 1. The prayer in this writ petition is seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.02.2010. 2. In the said representation, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of attachment of the properties by contending that the petitioner and his brothers are the owners of the same. It is the case of the petitioner that those properties were attached wrongly. Therefore, representation was made to the respondent Bank. Admittedly, the said representation sent by the petitioner was not disposed of so far. 3. Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter and the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.02.2010 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
