Judgment : When the matter was listed on 5.9.2013, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Special Government Pleader (Writs) sought for time to get instructions. Hence, it was directed to be posted under the caption 'for orders' on 10.9.2013. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Special Government Pleader (Writs) is also not in a position to furnish the present state of affairs. In any event, the petitioner has been continuously absent for two occasions. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
