This Writ Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from dispossessing the petitioner, relating to the property, situated at S.No.837, Door No.80, Nehruji Nagar, Manapparaipatty Road, Manapparai, Trichy, without following the due process of law. 2. Mr. K.P. Krishnadass, learned Government Advocate, had taken notice on behalf of the respondents and had submitted that no action is being taken to dispossess the petitioner relating to the property, situated at S.No.837, Door No.80, Nehruji Nagar, Manapparaipatty Road, Manapparai, Trichy, at present. 3. In view of the said statement made by the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition, at this stage. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
