Judgment 1. When the matter was listed on 10.09.2013, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the second respondent sought time to verify the present status. Therefore, it is posted today under the caption 'for orders'. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the second respondent submits that the petitioner's request for grant of family pension has already been granted in the year 2011 itself and he has also produced the proceedings of the Principal Accountant General, Tamilnadu indicating that the family pension was given to the petitioner on 27.01.2011 in PPO No. DC 551999/CT. 2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
