Judgment 1. The prayer in this writ petition is seeking for a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2005. Through the said representation, the petitioner sought for impounding of the passports issued in favour of one Narayanan Gokuldoss Nair and Sobrina Gokul. 2. Now, it is represented by Mr. Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 that the passports of those two persons were already impounded by proceedings dated 07.11.2005 and 10.01.2006 of the Regional Passport Officer of New Delhi and the Passport Officer of Ghaziabad respectively. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also admits the above position. 4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
