ORDER 1. Heard Mr. V. Perumal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. K. Gunasekar, leaned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr. M. Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent had submitted that if the petitioner gives a detailed representation to the first respondent, with regard to the payment of pension, along with the necessary Provident Fund Account Number, the first respondent would consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, as per law. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent, the petitioner is permitted to submit a detailed representation to the first respondent giving all the necessary details, including the Provident Fund Account Number, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 4. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
