JUDGMENT 1. The prayer in this writ petition is as follows:- The petitioner herein is seeking for a mandamus to forbear the respondents 3 and 4 from in any manner disturbing the petitioner's peaceful possession and running of the shrimp farm situated in S.No.203 in an extent of 5.02 acres in Madlampattu Village, Cuddalore District. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wanted to check up the present status and for such purpose, the matter was earlier adjourned. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner informs that inspite of repeated reminders, he has not been instructed with regard to the present state of affairs and therefore, he reports no instructions. 3. Considering the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. When the matter was listed on 13.09.2013, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is posted today under the caption for dismissal.
