JUDGMENT 1. In all these writ petitions, the petitioners seek regularisation of their Nominal Muster Roll Service with effect from the date of completion of 10 years that is from 01.01.1994 in W.P.Nos.20296 and 20297 of 2005 and with effect from 07.07.1992 in W.P.No.20298 of 2005. 2. Now, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the petitioners' service were regularised during the pendency of the above writ petitions in G.O.Ms.No.66, PWD Department dated 20.02.1998. It is further submitted by him that in a subsequent G.O. issued in G.O.Ms.No.124 PWD Department dated 15.05.2008, the Government issued order to regularise the service of those whose services are regularised in G.O.Ms.No.66, PWD Department dated 20.02.1998, with retrospective effect on completion of 10 years including the petitioners in the above writ petitions. 3. The said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent is recorded. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioners have got any further grievance with regard to the other benefits, it is open to them to approach the respondent and make such representation seeking for such relief and if any such representation is made, it is open to the respondent to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law. No costs.
