JUDGMENT 1. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner who would echo the cri de coeur and heart-burns of his client to the effect that the suit in O.S.No.809 of 2010 was decreed ex-parte and subsequently he found that there is a typographical error in the description of property. However, in the mean while, the first defendant filed an application to get the delay condoned in filing the application under Order 9 Rule 13 of CPC to get the ex-parte decree set aside, but the Court is not taking up the application for amendment. 2. What I would like to observe is that it is the duty of the Court to take up all the applications and dispose them of as expeditiously as possible, i.e., within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
