Judgment 1. The prayer in this writ petition is seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the respondent in D.O.175/2006 C.No.N1/27441/2005 dated 27.02.2006. 2. The learned Senior Counsel Mr. K. Venkataramani appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is directly covered by a decision of the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.36415 of 2006, etc., dated 13.12.2007, which decision was followed by me in W.P.No.12888 of 2006, etc., dated 13.09.2013 in respect of similar matters. 3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent is not disputing the said fact. 4. Considering the said fact, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside. However, the order made in this writ petition will not prevent the respondent from giving a proper opportunity and decide the matter afresh in the manner known to law. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
