JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Today, when this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that he is not pressing this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of such submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and based on the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as not pressed.
