Judgment 1. The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2005. Through the said representation, the petitioner sought for issuance of mark sheet and Diploma Certificate in Teacher Training in respect of the examination conducted in the year 1993. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that till this date, the said representation of the petitioner has not been considered so far. 3. Per contra, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the institution in which the petitioner studied was an un-recognised institution and the references given by the petitioner with regard to his Registration Number and other details are not valid. In any event, the fact remains that so far, no order has been passed on the petitioner's representation. 4. Therefore, without going into the merits and contentions of the rival parties and without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2005 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any order is passed against the interest of the petitioner, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
