JUDGMENT 1. The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to get set aside the order dated 28.09.2012 passed in I.A.No.496 of 2012 in O.S.No.220 of 2008, by the learned District Munsif, Nilakkottai. 2. Heard both sides. 3. At the time of hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondent/plaintiff in all fairness would submit that his client is not having any objection for I.A.No.496 of 2012 being allowed on nominal terms for the purpose of P.W.1 being recalled and cross-examined by the revision petitioner/first defendant's Counsel. 4. Accordingly, I.A.No.496 of 2012 is allowed, subject to the payment of costs of Rs.300/-(Rupees Three Hundred Only) payable by the revision petitioner to the plaintiff within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Whereupon, the revision petitioner/first defendant shall have the liberty to cross-examine P.W.1. 5. With the above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
