JUDGMENT M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Mr. K. Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General, takes notice for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.12.2012, and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.12.2012, and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the other parties concerned, if any. The writ petition is ordered, accordingly. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
