JUDGMENT 1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram to dispose of the E.A.No.278 of 2009 in E.P.No.21 of 2005 in O.S.No.43 of 2004 within a stipulated time. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner. 3. The learned Counsel for the revision petitioner would echo the cri de coeur and heart burns of his client to the effect that the revision petitioner filed E.A.No.278 of 2009 in E.P.No.21 of 2005 in O.S.No.43 of 2004 before the Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram and it is pending for a long time, without any progress. Hence, the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner would pray for a suitable direction to the lower Court to dispose of the said E.A. within a time frame. 4. I could see considerable force in the submission of the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner and accordingly, the following direction is issued: The lower Court shall do well to see that the E.A.No.278 of 2009 filed in E.P.No.21 of 2005 is disposed of as early as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment in disposing the same. 5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
