JUDGMENT 1. The prayer in this writ petition is as follows:- The petitioner herein is seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondent to regularise the Nominal Muster Roll service with effect from the date of completion of 10 years that is from 01.01.1995 with monetary benefits as given to other Nominal Muster Roll workers. 2. Similar writ petitions in W.P.Nos.20296 to 20298 of 2005 were filed by other persons seeking for regularisation. When those writ petitions were taken up for final disposal on 16.09.2013, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted before this Court that all those three persons were regularised in pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.66, PWD Department dated 20.02.1998. He further submitted that subsequently, the Government issued another G.O. in G.O.Ms.No.124, PWD Department dated 15.05.2008, ordering to regularise the services with retrospective effect on completion of 10 years including the persons who got regularised in purusant to G.O.Ms.No.66. 3. Recording the said submission, those writ petitions were dismissed as infructuous, however, by giving liberty to the petitioners therein to approach the respondent if they have any further grievance with regard to other benefits and make a representation seeking for such relief. 4. Both sides represent that the facts and circumstances of the present case is similar to the one of the above said three writ petitions. 5. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions, submits that this petitioner is also given the benefit of regularisation as per G.O.Ms.No.66, PWD Department dated 20.02.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.124 PWD Department dated 15.05.2008, with retrospective effect. 6. The said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner still has any other grievance with regard to the other benefits, it is open to him to approach the respondents by making a representation seeking for such relief and if any such representation is made, it is open to the respondents to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs.
