JUDGMENT 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had been granted promotion as a Middle School Headmaster, on 29.6.2012, after the filing of the present writ petition. 2. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
