Judgment : M. Jaichandren, J. 1. This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed, praying that, this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the first and the second respondents, to produce the detenue, namely, Gladin Nisha, aged about 17 years, the daughter of the petitioner, before this Court, and to handover the custody of the detenue to the petitioner. 2. Today, when the matter was listed for hearing, the detenue, had stated that she had gone away with the third respondent, voluntarily, and, they have been living together, at Coimbatore, in a rented house. She has stated that her date of birth is 16.01.1996 and that she had studied upto Plus Two. 3. She had further stated that, at present, she is willing to go along with her parents, who are also present before this Court. In such circumstances, We are of the view that the detenue could be permitted to go along with her parents. Therefore, the detenue is set at liberty and she is permitted to go along with her parents, as per her wish. As such, no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
