Judgment 1. The prayer in this writ petition is seeking for a electricity service connection to the petitioner's house in T.S.No.112, Murungampalayam village, Tiruppur. 2. It is stated by the petitioner that he has already given a representation to the respondents on 14.2.2005 seeking for electricity service connection. The writ petition was filed in the year 2005. Both the counsel are not in a position to say as to whether the service connection has been effected to the petitioner's house or not. In any event, as the limited prayer in this writ petition is seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and to give electricity service connection to the petitioner's house, I only direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and give electricity service connection to the petitioner's house, if not already given, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say that the respondents are entitled to ask the petitioner to make an appropriate application, if the application filed by him already is not in order. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
