The Petitioner's wife has presented the present Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition, praying for issuance of an order of this Court, in directing the Respondents to produce the body of her Husband Venkatachalam, aged about 46 years, before this Court and set him at liberty. 2. At the stage of the hearing of the matter, the Detenu Venkatachalam (Husband of the petitioner) appeared before this Court on his own volition. When this Court made an enquiry with him, he informed that due to his mental state of mind, he went to Thiruppathi and later, returned to Madurai and contacted his son-in-law.
