Judgment : 1. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the typed set of papers to the effect that 'The Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed'. 2. Recording the said fact and endorsement so made, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as an infructuous one, since the main H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2010 on the file of Principal Sub Judge, Tambaram was already disposed of. No costs.
