Judgment :- M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Mr. T.S. Mohamad Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.11.2012. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.11.2012, and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the other parties concerned, if any. The writ petition is ordered, accordingly. No costs.
