Judgment : 1. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made the endorsement in the Civil Revision Petition to the effect that 'This Petitioner is not pressing the Civil Revision Petition as the suit O.S. No. 2914 of 2008 is disposed of by the lower Court'. 2. Recording the said fact and endorsement so made on behalf of the Petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
