Judgment 1. This Petition has been filed by the Petitioners for a direction to direct the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Thanjavur to accept the surrender of the Petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day on merits in relating to Crime No.271 of 2012 dated 11.08.2012 on the file of the Respondent Police. 2. Heard the Learned counsel for the Petitioners and the Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State. 3. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the Learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Thanjavur, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Thanjavur, is directed to accept the surrender of the Petitioners and consider their bail applications (if filed) preferably on the very same day and to dispose of the same, after providing opportunities to other side in the manner known to law and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
