JUDGMENT 1. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that a proposal to sanction interest on the Provident Fund had been sent by the third respondent, to fifth respondent, for signing the rectified proposal. However, the fifth respondent had not sent the rectified proposal to the third respondent, till date. Therefore, this Court may be pleased to direct the fifth respondent to send the rectified proposal, relating to the sanction of interest on the Provident Fund (General) for the years in question, within a specified period. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 3. In view of the above, the fifth respondent is directed to send the rectified proposal, relating to sanction of interest on the Provident Fund (General), for the years in question to the third respondent, as expeditiously as possible, not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is ordered, accordingly. No costs.
