Judgment :- 1. No representation for the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the first respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 8.7.2008, on merits, within a specified period. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 8.7.2008, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is ordered, accordingly. No costs.
