Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation, relating to the relief prayed for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, to the second respondent, and if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits, within a specified period. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to make a detailed representation, with regard to the relief prayed for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, to the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
