Judgment : 1. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement that 'Since the matter has been Settled Out of Court between parties, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the case'. 2. Recording the said fact and the endorsement so made, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
