Judgment : By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2. Heard Mr. V. Parivallal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also Mr. V. Jaya Prakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 5 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 21.10.2013 on the light of the letter dated 06.04.2013 issued by the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent. 4. The petitioner submits that inspite of several requests made to the respondents 3 to 5 for survey of his land in question, the Surveyor has not turned up to survey the land in question. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without adverting into the merits of the case and the contentions raised by the parties, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2013 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of, No costs.
