Judgment 1. The learned counsel for the appellants had already withdrawn the vakalat and therefore this Court ordered to issue notice to the appellants for their appearance. On 3.12.2013, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants in the cause list, if the appellants are duly served, but the appellants are not appeared in spite of notice. For giving one more chance to the appellants, this matter was directed to be posted on 4.12.2013 under the caption 'for dismissal'. 2. When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and the third respondent are present. There is no representation on behalf of the appellants either in person or through a counsel though the name of the appellants have been printed in the cause list. Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs.
