Judgment 1. The Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Writ Petition typed-set of papers to the effect that since the Petitioner got employment, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 2. Recording the aforesaid fact and endorsement so made by the Learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
