JUDGMENT 1. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had submitted that the Detention Order has been revoked by the Government, vide G.O.Rt No.4564, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIV) Department, dated 06.11.2012 and as such, the Petition has become in fructuous. 2. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed, as in fructuous.
